Explore the World of Study in Germany

Studying abroad is like jumping off to your favorite page of any site or book. I have never been to any country before, although I always wanted to explore the world. I always imagined myself walking along the beautiful countryside among many culturally diverse people. The more I get to know about the people and culture, the more I absorb the culture of my favorite country. But this is only the spark that ignited the fire.

There are evident advantages for studying in Germany. Educational acknowledgement is always a noble thing, not only it gives an extra attraction to your resume but it is the perfect tool for individual improvement also. However, I am more interested in the real life experience. I am studying European studies in University of Flensburg for three semesters. I studied Economics, which was fascinating, but it would be nothing compared to study European studies here in Flensburg. Flensburg is situated on the border of Denmark. University includes the German-Danish study courses in cooperation with the University of Southern Denmark, Sønderborg. The university offers many courses for international students in English.

To become stronger, wiser and more culturally diverse is the objective many colleges have for their students. Our university maintains we can be more; we can be leaders. Studying in different country is not quite easy but yet it makes a person strong and able to face hardships and challenges of life.

My journey through this programme has only just begun. Less than daunting, but certainly interesting, the course has allowed me access to a new and exciting educational scope which is international in flavor, supportive, and different in content.

I am extremely lucky to meet some many amazing people who have become my good friends. It is with together with this group of people that I am learning the chains of the German university system and of German society. It really widens your perspective on things and gives you a more international outlook.

Getting education in Germany enriches your studies by allowing you to study at world class institutions and also allowing you to get involve with new cultures, languages and peoples. It can become a truly valuable and life-changing experience for anyone. I am so grateful to have had this opportunity and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to every student.
